Never mind. Going to reuse the same #420 chain.
I like it for some reason??,

It fits. I think both sprockets are #41.

The original 10T sprocket may have been #420 to match the chain, but the wheel sprocket was thinner.

**** 40/41/420. I can never remember the specs.
Maybe cause the 420?

So who's got an opinion as to what this should be geared.

5.4, 6.0, 6.75 : 1 are my current options.

13.7 or 14" tires currently

I start the bike, then sit on it, then my shorts become filled with padding before I rev it up. LOL

So what does it mean when a spark plug's center electrode (including insulator) can rotate freely inside the metal part with the threads???

The metal part is torqued down, but the inside (insulator and electrode) spins with the twist of a thumb and finger????,

A normal push button kill switch would kill it with a push - so normally off, pushed ON to kill?

This needs to Normally On (held in the off position by the pin), right?

Yes normally closed... held by the pin, leaving it open being held.

I think what's confusing here is that normally you push the button to kill the engine, while with this set-up...(if I understand it correctly...a lanyard kill)... the button would be pushed in continuously, until the pin is yanked...so it would be wired opposite of the momentary switch.

BTW: It means the spark plug is broken.
