This is what Youtube is for, recording the juvenile antics of grown men.

Remember "Growing up is Optional!"

Just based off the timer on the Video and guessing trees are like 10 yards apart....
35 MPH with help from gravity???

This is me jumping the minibike across the street using the slopes of the ditches as launching and landing ramps.:auto::popcorn::roflol:

18" Tall by 60" long launch. 24" Tall by 168" long landing. 200" street.

23mph should be right! LOL

The Poboy commentary backstory: "Anything my husband can do...I can do better! " OOPS! (Husband limps up on crutch...) ZZ TOP makes cameo appearance.... (Now a two crutch family...)

"C'mon down to Virginia...we got fools doing stuff like this erry weekend! "

Appologies to our new members...but it's how we roll....(we're just funnin y'all! )

With the speakers on my computer it sounds like you already have training wheels on the mini. Good Job! But wheelie bars or training wheels should not be used while jumping things they will screw with your take offs and landings. You will end up looking like this :mad2:.

Good advice. Lol
I only have the two wheels for now.
Not sure what the sounds are?
Everything sounds different in the videos.

Most of the time when I'm riding... I'm like "is that supposed to sound like that?"
Then I tell myself, "it'll be fine!" And twist the throttle a wee bit more.

I wanted to make the wheelie bars detachable for trail riding.
Been thinking about GABing with a spring loaded wheelie bar.
Is this a real thing? Wheelie bars with shocks?

Yes...the springs help keep it from just flopping over backwards or breaking something on launch. The shocks allow the front end to return to ground without extra spring force slamming it harder than gravity.

I get the "not breaking on launch" part, but feel that now, the energy stored in the spring WILL make the front end slam harder on return. Unless you are talking about front suspension forks, which is another GAB idea I'm kicking around.

I was considering the springs ON the wheelie bars.
I was SEPARATELY considering the springs on the front forks.

As I am confused about cams and chicks, I also am confused as to the future of the Mini Bike. Drag racing in Detroit. Trails in Indiana. Jumps in my front yard.

Also confused as to when to use the word shocks.
