Cool Pics. I love before and Afters.
Looks like you need a coat of paint and then that is a beautiful Ride.

After sitting on El Cheapo, I noticed that my heels were right where the tie rods were. So I moved 'em underneath.
It seems to work-nothing is tightened down yet in these photos.....
Does anyone out there think this won't work? The ground clearance is fine and the tie rods do not touch the bottom of the frame rail.
And it sure does look snazzy. Will there be any problem with the configuration of the spindles? This set up gives it a bit of rake and just the right look with the little baby slicks....
Thanks for any opinions.
Your kart will look like a fast squirt of mustard
Where is your kart, Genius?
Quick and fast...I bet all the women tell him that.
What is yours doing all-while looking only like a chassis ? and all slow and not fast.
It's in the garage getting torn up and bloody worse.
Well-here it is. I performed the final assembly tonight. Tested the drivetrain and everything. The upholstery came from where else-BMI.....Cheap. Can't wait to drive her.
The whole project took two months and cost about $280.00 total. Not too bad. Of course, some of the parts came from my inventory-but that is why you have a shelf full of parts your fiancee wants you to get rid of.
The official title for this project is "The Screaming Yellow Zonker"-there's a reference for all you aging baby boomers out there.
The 99cc Predator has a rebored and rejetted carb from AGK and an open header. Right now, she runs on the lean side....But it moves real nice, even with my 240 pound carcass on it. Thanks to all for any advice and/or comments.View attachment 70702 Well-here it is. I performed the final assembly tonight. Tested the drivetrain and everything. It was 20 bucks on Ebay-nice vintage touch. I think this kart is SCREAMING for a Nassau Panel...
