i have an electra 43cc mini chopper and I'm planning on putting a 97cc Baja engine on it. i got a couch for it and it has 10 teeth and the sprocket on the tire is 28 teeth. do you guys think that will be to b=much for the bike to handle? thanks guys

First problem is that the wheel sprocket is not the same pitch as your clutch teeth.
I basically did the same with a 5.5 hp and used a 10t to a 64t

And no.... 2.8:1 is not a good ratio at all.... Need closer to a 6:1...
And what's a "dually".... 2rear tires??? Then it's a trike....

it has 2 tires that are attached to each other. not a trike a dually mini chopper

WAIT!!!! One tire in the front.....two in the rear....that's a trike!!!!! (Yours just happen to be closer together! )

No higher than 5:1. What you are proposing is NEVER going to work. Google chain pitch and you will see what ML-toys is talking about. It is basically the distance between peaks on the sprocket, and/or links in the chain
