It's just so perfectly done, so much thought, time and $. Makes a person wonder how anyone else has a chance between your build and slidewayz.

Hoping the craziness of my build can keep up with ya'll lol... if I can ever get the ragafraggin time.
Well thank you for the kind words and just remember,it's not over until it's over and don't ever give up on yourself! None of us knows how the outcome will be and what does it matter anyway? This should be a learning experience for all of us that are in this build off and help sharpen and hone our skills and maybe we can take a little of all of our builds and apply them to something in the future and or learn something from one another, nobody knows everything or does everything perfect all the time, what I like to see is someone finish something that they started and I have respect for the people that do, do not let anybody or anything stop you from completing your creation we are all different and we all have our own likes and dislikes. I think that your build will be awesome! it ought to rip out good! Build it! make it happen! think of what you will have in the end! a machine that is not a cookie cutter design and a creation of your own and YOU DIY

O I never said I wasn't gonna give it a good try lol. I'm building for me and my kids (ok mostly me lmao).

I'm making it as crazy as I can. I want to be able to be able to be doing 40mph, then mash the throttle while doing 40 and smoke the tires into 60 lol.

No matter what I'm finishing, I just wish I had the tools and resources that you gents do as it would be o so much better lol.

Here is a photo of the rear wheel axle spacers I have made, these will allow me to move the rear wheels in or out in order to play around with the rear wheel tracking for cornering, these spacers all have to be the same width in order to maintain the correct bearing preload on the axle bearings,I have something similar for the front axles.

Mid 50's, this kart is for my wife,it will take her awhile to get up the courage to open this engine up, my kart scares her but she gets after it sometimes when she drives it.

Yes indeed! Here is the kill switch and I made use out of an old spotlight coiled cord as the wiring for the kill switch around the steering post, here she is on the ground ready for a test drive, I still need to make the front skid plate and install it so I have an open floor right now so I will have to be careful test driving the kart. It is raining now at my location so I am on hold right now.

Well I took her out for a little spin around my neighborhood and she runs fantastic! I can't ring it out all the way around here but I will give her a good test out on the lakebed, this engine is so smooth that it feels like an electric motor.I am waiting for the video to load on you tube and then I will post it.

Awesome It's almost complete great job can't wait to see it driving, I feel left behind on my project because of how slow it's going by because of money issues but I'm going to finish it before the contest ends, and again good job
