Wow....? 20 tooth on the clutch? (Sorry to sound a bit dense.) Is that the clutch you'll use on the Clone motor if that's the way you go?
If so, your ratio will be too tall at 2.7>1. Especially with 15" tires.
Generally the clutch will lock up when both the motor and the driver/sprocket reach about 2200 rpm. With your set up, that'd be 36 mph. (You'll burn the clutch up with it slipping all the way 'til 36 mph)
If you get a standard MaxTorque or Comet clutch for #35 chain, it should have a 12t sprocket on it.... which works out to 4.5>1 with that 54T sprocket on back. (perfect)
With a 4.5>1 ratio, your clutch will lock up at about 21 mph, and although that not too good for dirt and steep hills, it's great for the street and not-so-steep hills. On the plus side, you'll hit 35 mph at 3600 rpm, and hit 42 mph at 4300 rpm. Again, with my set up (slightly taller ratio) I've had NO problems.
