Yes it was set up by a guy that originally got the engine, and NO I don't think he was an expert.

That could be the reason why it over heated, because it was running rich for the temperature it was in
Wouldn't it be running lean to be over heating?
Totally incorrect.No because when you run rich you burn more fuel, and when there's more burning of fuel it equals more heat,less fuel less heat, but just don't run it too lean

Well....it's all good if someone learns something....and we can stop some misinformation.....you know....I thought I was wrong once....but I was mistaken.....JK.....
The up side is....you always remember the things you have been proven wrong on ....much more clearly....and for the rest of your life....whereas the stuff you are right about....fades and gets fuzzy.....
BTW: He may or more not have chopped down a cherry tree....but...he for sure wasn't the first President of the United States......![]()
