isn't there some kind of legal thing where you cant talk about him behind his back till proven guilty like you are doing? here in fl its called slandering law or somthing like that.

Slander is only slander....IF....proved to be unfounded and untrue statements against said (injured) party....AND...it can be shown that said party incured financial or physiological loss....the later being almost impossible to recover....

Now.....let the fantasy continue.....

OMG!!!!....Thank you crap head.....now my gut hurts....n :wai::roflol::roflol:

Now listen up here Dougster! I said it first!

Hate to say it, but judging by how things have stacked up in the past with the original poster, I'm going to have to side with the past two guys here.
And the reason i say "hate to say it" is because, first, i can't stand liers. Second, IF(!!!) this is all untrue... We're only what? 3 days off a month long ban?

P.S. I've checked the news a couple times. Nothing yet. I really think this would make the Lancaster news... I want to believe this is a true story...honestly.

I was giving a theory of what the guy could possibly say in a civil suit. not what ACTUALLY happened. because that doesn't matter. you got three sides of a story. side one, side two, and the truth.

not saying anyone should be un-punished for wrong doing. but the kid was 17... if what said was truthful. [innocent into proven guilty god darn it!] then clearly the kids got some issues to work on, whether it be addiction or home, or even mental. he needs help, not jail time, because we all know jail doesn't do good for anyone but serial killers, and rapist alike.

Also yeah in Florida there is a law that permits you from talking about a case before it has been closed. it has something to do with basically keeping people from formatting story's and such. also big cases, it makes it easier to pick jury members that know nothing OF the chase... blah blah blah, sure I could pull it up, but its 1:29 am.. and im tired.

@ J walker. "He needs help not jail time" ???? Are you kidding me. But "jail is good for rapists and serial killers." How do you know he isn't a serial killer and maybe he did show up there looking to rape. This is Cal. not Fl. In Florida the guy would have been shot on the grounds of Self defense (Trevon Martin ring a bell) . But again as this is Ca and the "suspect" was only 17 he will unfortunately not get jail time, as a minor he will be released to the custody of his parents. Well he is lucky to be alive! Ol birdman just kicked his drunk ***. I would have shot him if my wife didn't first. **** the lawyers and consequences. I will defend my family, and my personal property.

Yep....well...a common problem for defense lawers everywhere... there are a couple of legal terms for it....but basically....it's. Prejudice! !!

Probably 8-9 people out of ten have the misconception that prejudice is race related....it means exactly what it says: PRE-JUDGE....which is why courts try so hard to find people that are totally ignorant of the facts in any case...therefore...a "clean slate"....and incapable of being "prejudiced" ...because they are completely devoid of revelant information.....

So....that basically means....you are going to have to rely on the 12 most ignorant people they can find to decide your fate.....Hmmmm....I know I'm gonna sleep well tonight....:rolleyes:

I don't think you understand how the law works. but okay, keep ranting on this thread... and if he gets any sort of decent lawyer with a brain, good luck paying for that guys medical bills. I'm not being harsh at all. IT'S the fact of life of how modern society is, especially state side.

His defense would be so easy;
I was drunk, and walked up into the wrong house, I heard someone run at me, so I ran out.
the guy chased me down the street, I just kept running, but I was out of breath and started to slow.
he caught me; started to try to rustle me down.

- remember now, there's two minutes you 'called' for help and no body "heard you" lots can happen in two minutes, and clearly there's no witness. its your word vs his. and he's got physical wounds YOU inflected to HIM, all your wounds are self inflected attacking the poor guy.

---------
Bam boom kablamo. you're paying off his medical bills + any mental "damages" and court cost.

On top of that, you just let the guy off with his earlier crime, your mums items could of been on you, the courts don't know that, they weren't there. they could of easily of fallen out and he could of grabbed them, or you could of thrown them onto him while you where on top of him...

side note;
Sometimes I wish I could be a lawyer. I always think I'd be pretty good at it...

edit;

It wasn't meant to sound harsh. but he does have a hero complex going on in this post of his. I was simply pointing that out, if that's harsh then maybe what he did WAS wrong. get what I'm trying to say here?

Like what's the point of him pointing out his "neighber" is an Ex-cop who owns this brand-x of ammo? NOTHING. has nothing to do with his original post/story. and I also added for good effort, the fact that his post can land him in some deep doodoo with a nice long civil suit by the guy who entered the house.

No I wasn't there. But from what I can tell by what he's written is more then enough.

Kinda like how it seems no body in his family locks ANYTHING. the fact he got stuff from the car without anyone noticing would mean the doors were already unlocked, and the fact he got into the house so easily, unlocked.

why doesn't he just throw up a sign on the front lawn that says "I got a big screen TV for free, COME AND TAKE IT"

IF he kicked down the door, or smashed a window to get into the house, then it's a different story. and a whole different ball game. but he didn't HE WALKED IN.

I have a scratched up back swollen neck scratched up foot and fingers . Like i said he stole from my mothers car that make's him a thief no lawyer is going to backs someone when first i was fighting for my family and my life as well second he has all ready stolen from my mothers car and then resisted arrest this is the state of california and he can and will be tried as an adult at the age of 17.my sister was siting right next to me he put a foot in the house and opened the door un welcomed that would be considered breaking and entering .Not only that but my naighbor's wife seen him choke me her husband is a retired police officer and ever he said i was in the right as well as the three detectives that where asking about the police and if they used to much force (due to the browns case)
But yes it was a bad experience it happens i thought i would talk about it to you guys nothing to fight about or argue we all come from different parts of life as well as different life back grounds,carriers ect .
