Fear for my life

Well last night around 1:30 am me and my little sister where on the couch down stairs watching a movie and i heard thunking on the door then a click and the door opened i had all ready gotten up to see if it was the wind it was not the door was open i threw it open (the guy was all ready one foot in )seen someone running in a black hoodie so i chased after them grabbed them half way down the street and threw them to the ground .Did what ever i needed to do to keep him down with necessary force not going into details but he is 8 inches taller and 50 pounds more then me and i threw him around like a rag doll .intell the cops arrived he was carrying a flash light a first aid kit midal and Advil he was drunk and on something but i kept him down .Broke his glasses sent everything across the street lol.
You can see three figures in the middle of the picture the middle one is the guy with two cops holding his shoulders and the cops door is open He did need medical attention .What did i get out of all of this a sore neck back and some busted up hands and feet

like i said i messed him up badly lol he was limping just imagine a 230 pound guy then a 180 pounds on top of him slamming to the asphalt with your knees and then have the air and blood taken out of your head.In La its practice to have the fire department come with the ambulance because the fire department carry's things the ambulance does not have .

Yea your right i should have looked while i was chasing him but i did grab his hands and restrain him if he did have anything . But what a rush ran the fastest i have ever run in my life lol got cuts on my feet elbows finger and my neck and back are ache after he grabbed my neck and tried to choke me .

No he was on Something and drunk he resisted arrest drunk in public and breaking and entering 2 felony charge's.Second of all you do not flea if he would have said oops wrong house sorry bout that it would have been fine but he ran he was wearing a dark hoodie and jeans with the hoodie over his head .

I felt threatened and i took chase i was fighting for my family and my life .My neighbor is a ex cop and carrys many many guns and Black Talon AMMo .I was screaming for someone to help because i could not get a grib and his cloths where coming off .2 min i waited for someones help

^^You've obviously had some time to think about this.
He didn't have that time.

We talk all big and bad about what we would do is a situation like that. Untill it actually happens that is... Your plan A is gone out the window. You don't have the time to plan.

You weren't there. You have NO clue what it was like. You have no right to pass judgment on whats wrong and whats right.. (sure you can have your opinion, but does it really NEED to sound so harsh?)
We will all do what we think is right, our methods vary.

Im not trying to be a jerk here, no hard feelings intended, but I think we need to consider these things.

just had 3 detectives show up he was 17 we found out after looking he stole the stuff from my moms car including credit cards and booklets

I don't think you understand how the law works. but okay, keep ranting on this thread... and if he gets any sort of decent lawyer with a brain, good luck paying for that guys medical bills. I'm not being harsh at all. IT'S the fact of life of how modern society is, especially state side.

His defense would be so easy;
I was drunk, and walked up into the wrong house, I heard someone run at me, so I ran out.
the guy chased me down the street, I just kept running, but I was out of breath and started to slow.
he caught me; started to try to rustle me down.

- remember now, there's two minutes you 'called' for help and no body "heard you" lots can happen in two minutes, and clearly there's no witness. its your word vs his. and he's got physical wounds YOU inflected to HIM, all your wounds are self inflected attacking the poor guy.

Bam boom kablamo. you're paying off his medical bills + any mental "damages" and court cost.

On top of that, you just let the guy off with his earlier crime, your mums items could of been on you, the courts don't know that, they weren't there. they could of easily of fallen out and he could of grabbed them, or you could of thrown them onto him while you where on top of him...

It wasn't meant to sound harsh. but he does have a hero complex going on in this post of his. I was simply pointing that out, if that's harsh then maybe what he did WAS wrong. get what I'm trying to say here?

Like what's the point of him pointing out his "neighber" is an Ex-cop who owns this brand-x of ammo? NOTHING. has nothing to do with his original post/story. and I also added for good effort, the fact that his post can land him in some deep doodoo with a nice long civil suit by the guy who entered the house.

No I wasn't there. But from what I can tell by what he's written is more then enough.

Kinda like how it seems no body in his family locks ANYTHING. the fact he got stuff from the car without anyone noticing would mean the doors were already unlocked, and the fact he got into the house so easily, unlocked.

why doesn't he just throw up a sign on the front lawn that says "I got a big screen TV for free, COME AND TAKE IT"

IF he kicked down the door, or smashed a window to get into the house, then it's a different story. and a whole different ball game. but he didn't HE WALKED IN.

Well...everything you said makes sense.....IF....it actually happened.....I have my doubts and reservations.....especially factual as delivered.....
