hey dudes, yea so idk how many of you helped me out but i figured that i would post sum pics of my dunebuggy/go kart. i am about halfway done but it doesnt look like it in these photos, right now i have the roll cage done and yes i do realize that i need to do a lot of reinforcing to the engine frame and the chassis is already reinforced you just cant see it yet, i have everything figured out so yea but if you want to comment about anything feel free i will have more pics as i go and tomorrow ill probably have more, all i have to do is finish reinforcing a couple spots and then the steering and everything else. i used a 1994 honda 300ex fourwheeler for this project, i used the a arms off of it and i made the front end wider for more stability, as for the rearend i obviously just cut the engine frame from the rest of the fourwheeler besides the rear end. once i get out of college ill try to find a wider axel for the back so it looks better but yea for now i just need to get this thing done by mid march for school. thank you dudes that helped me out with figuring out what i shuld use for cables and so on. l8r

Only thing I dont like is that it looks like you just cut the front of a bike off and stuck it to the back of a kart. If I where you I would make a mount for the motor on the kart chasis.

*smacks Jr upside the head*

But he's NOT you and he took his creativeness and made something different.

yea i never even came close to even thinkin about makin a dfferent engine frame just cuz of time constraints for school. plus it wouldve suked to make one to support the 300cc engine and still be able to hook up the rear end thats y i kept the rear stock from the fourwheeler. i will have more pics tomorrow of it and it actually looks like a buggy now so idk. my bro is gonna give me a few pointers on how he thinks i should support the engine and ill take his word before nebodys cuz he knows a lot about engine support. thats just cuz he replaced his 4cyclinder in his ranger with a 5.4litr v8. but yea ill have more pics tomorrow nd thanks for the comments.

Keep it simple is the way to go. I have seperated an engine from a motorcycle frame, and it was a pain. If this is one of your first builds, wise decision grafting the quad to the kart.

Or is it a Quad Kart......perhaps 4 Kart Wheeler, Go Wheeler. I know, it is a Go Quad.....
