I'm in park city, about 30 miles from Salt lake city. Why?
I'm apprehensive about going that far for a frame, I tried KSL before to buy a laser cutter and when I went to go pick it up, they sold it to someone else without telling me, I had to buy it online instead and wasted like 30 in gas. I was planning on just going down to SLC when a cheap part comes online, right now there are a bunch of 6-15 horsepower engine, ATV tires, and random go kart parts. I was planning on just buying those cheaply now, then once a frame comes on that fits everything. Is this a decent plan?
It is most definitely a project kart. I think that I will need to repaint it, and probably a bunch of little things. Do you thing $100 is unreasonable to get it working?

What parts do you think I need for it that would contribute to costs?
His reason for selling it was that he has no time to work on it anymore. What parts do you think I need for it that would contribute to costs? I have very little parts lying around.
