This gokart gonna make me serial killer...

After I put electric starter on it, there is no spark...

Changed spark plug, check all cables, everything looks ok...

So magnet, coil or CDI...

Another issue... Put hydraulic callipers ...

On is for bigger disc so it is not possible to put him that all plate grabbing disc...

Anothet is ok.... So I decided to replace fluid...

Open little bolt on caliper, add fluid on top , press lever, there is no.pressure...

I am thinking of selling all for nothing...

Not shure that understand question...
One sprocket is on engine liver shaft , the smaller one and bigger gonna put on back of kart...

I think Jim means put a sprocket on the starter as a different means to start it. ( like a pull cord wrapped on a flywheel ) smaller sprocket on starter then to a chain, then to a bigger sprocket on a shaft or bolt or something ( get creative as you only need it to turn). Then if you can turn that lot it will turn the engine. I think.
Just don't put anything rotating near your nuts dude !!!!

Yes..later I understan Jim... I made chain starter but Didnt start engine so I was thinking its not ok, but its look like engine failure...

You are from UK, can you recomanded online go kart shop willing to delivery to Croatia...

Lmoa your a funny guy...don't shake them around too much...the salt will fall off..

Rims (5''), tyres and some small gatgets ( wheel speedometer for example)...

Mostly stuff I cannot made by myself and there is no gokart shop...

There are some dealers but they are so expensive...

One tyre for gokart, hardest for rental is 50£..

Shipping outside the US seems expensive. As h€££!! I'm going to ship a Manco wheel assembly to Germany. The lowest quote I got is $150....
That's crazy! ! I had to make a piggy bank so I can "save" up extra cash and coin.....
Karte, I have a couple polished aluminum wheels I'd give you, but it wouldn't be till this time next year before I could come up with the cash to mail them to ya....

Found on ebay rims, shipping for two pcs $70..

Today found in UK 4 rims set for cca70£, tyres 20£ each, total shipping 70£...

So considering that but first must pay car registration...

Hi there ..

so after few (many) drawbacks , finally I managed to finish almost everything.

breaks

control table with starter button, kill switch and choke and battery beneath ...

I put cheap chinese dash cam :

and do some decent run.

but, cam was shaken too much to much that record nothing ..
then I put it on helmet, but first time I recorded only my legs (Jim would like my shoes)... next time I recorded only sky ..

I am uploading it on youtube and will put links here but ...
I also recorded my speed, I managed to hit 59 km / h once, but mostly around 50 km/h ...

I was running steep up hill ....

also , by the end of day, as confidence grow up and common sense was disappearing , I manage to do this:

actually , as I driving on the road (no traffic, closed road) there is lots of bumps...

so everytime I slowed down and slowly go over... but lost momentum

last time, I keep foot down, got terrible bottoming, almost spun, and cut all this little (not screw , I put pict on end of post) holders ...
