#1- 2 letters ( i and t).
#2- 2 letters (t and o).
#3- the ADA act.
#4- so the only guy working can use the restroom.

The answers are always there- it's all in how you ask the question.:lolgoku:

Edit: (ect.) I think you may be referring to "How long is a piece of string?"
Answer- From where one end was cut to the other.

..... and why do hot dog buns come 8 to a bag and hot dogs 10?

You gotta be kidding me; Doug, the extra "hot dogs" are there for you to use as bait to draw your real "dog(s)" away from the grill so they don't "Help Themselves".....

You're claiming to be from Texas, and you didn't know that?

(Talk about embarrassing; they may confiscate your man card for that....)

My 2 cents:

Whenever i see a very vague/short question I sometimes (and I probably shouldn't, but I do) don't give them the benefit of the doubt and think:

this person hasn't even put forth the effort to ask a decent question, so why would they do anything with the answer?

I think back to high school when I didn't want to solve a trigonometry question, so I would ask a really vague question so the teacher would come over and explain it to me again and help me solve the problem I was too lazy to think about.

I think it is important to distinguish lazy questions from actual questions. Its just the amount of effort you put into it. A lazy question gets skipped or half answered, but a thoughtful question gets an actual beneficial answer.

probably off the topic of the real post, but is what I thought of when reading it "lazy questions!"

I know the two extra dogs are for the other ones, but I am in Texas and it gets dadgum messy without buns to hold the chili!

Edit- And I forgot this is Texas- the dogs get burgers and brisket-the hot dogs are just for in-laws and out of towners from up north. LOL.

You split the Jalapeno (or Habenaro, what ever yours prefers), add the Chili, top with as large a piece of "hot dog' as you normally give your "real" dog.

Doggone it Doug; I'm in Michigan, and I don't have any pets, but even I know this.....

Aw, come on guys, lets keep with the spirit of the thread. I'm more analytical than most but, you don't see me picking these questions apart; ML wasn't looking for the answers, he's trying to make a point, some questions simply don't have an answer, like:

Why do we park on a driveway & drive on a parkway?
Why do people spend an hour looking for the TV remote to change the channel when walking to the TV takes 2 seconds?

Enough with all the questions...
There's only ONE omnivalid answer:
NEIN!

now read between the lines ;)

Because it's off the main topic of the forum & I'm not stopping anyone from having fun, just have fun under the thread topic :toetap05:

OK- OK....Don't get so uppity. ..You're only one ahead of me and my brain isn't working right today- ( check that- as usual, don't want to start lying now )......

Soooo- Why do they call a place you go to do a bunch of stuff a park and a place where even the cars don't do anything a lot ?

Now we're even- this is starting to bother me- these should be coming like Henny Youngman one-liners and I got nothing. .......

I mean I got these- but not really what I want:

Why do they call it military intelligence?

How can you have a jumbo shrimp?

Why do they call them donut holes- when the donuts have the holes and these are balls they removed?

Why is it you can tell a man a certain star is thousands of light years away and he will believe you- but tell him that paint on a door is wet, and he'll stick a finger in it?

Mo later.....
