I would like to know what you think about this engine for my jeep. 110cc 4 gears with reverse.

I would get one of the bigger engines with a Manuel clutch because have way more power and you can put it in low gear and rev it up for when you are towing- under load.

It would do the job, and if you gear it correctly you'd have enough power. Let's face it- a Jeep isn't a speed thing.

A bigger engine would be even nicer, though.

I would go with something bigger and gear it low since it's not going to be used for speed purposes. I do like the idea of a manual gear box so you can put it in 1 and haul whatever.

Here is a photo of the tail lights to give you an idea of their design. Fenders finished, next the windshield and dashboard.

:iagree: Most definitely bigger the better, Have considered a roll bar?

These are 2 great statements. Bigger tires are definitely needed and I think a nicely bent pipe roll bar would be a good addition. Even if it's just a roll bar and 2 supports to the back.

That is to be expected, given the scale. But I think you should still build it to keep it "true". CJ 7's came from the factory with the bar.
