try this:

save picture as a "jpeg"

click "post reply" (do not use quick reply!)

scroll down until you see "manage attachments" click on it, a new window should appear

in the new window click the "select file" (well, its something like that..) button, another window should appear

find your image and select it in the window that popped up in the previous step

click the "download" button (i'm pretty sure its the download button...)

write something in your post, click the post reply button.

I can't say I'm a fan of your welded galvinized exhaust. Is that welded straight to the block? It's a nice little flat head though.

Also how did you seal the airfilter to the box? Good idea if it works well.

Tell us more about what your trying to do. You will get some good help here to make your kart run well.

Atheros101, i have pretty much the same engine as well. Do you find that you have to constantly top up the fuel tank because it is so small. I find that my kart also stalls a lot because when the tank gets low, the pipes that go into the tank from the carb do not make contact with the fuel when you go over bumps. It seems to suck air, and then dies. It is really annoying!!

i Used the old air filter and the air filter then i added a new filter and used the base of the old air filter on the bottom and used some stuff to stick it together but i forgot its name and i made the striaght pipe out of scooter handle bars and i did some work to the engine to make the torque go up and i broke the clutch drifting a corner somehow but landuse i had really bad troubles with the same thing but i made the tubes in the tank bigger but i didnt have problems with bumps
