cold gas wont be hard on it. Ram air wont do much. Co2 is a waste of money. Look into new things like headers, carbs, cyclinder head mod's for it instead.

Agreed. Ram intake won't do squat. And cool cans went out of style YEARS ago. It was alot of hard work, for 1/10th of a horsepower more.

i just wouldn't put the effort into something with such little pay off. take tyler's advice and spend your time/money on real good performance upgrades. you will never regret it.

You have to drill a hole in your air filter and thread the fitting in. And yes there are places to buy just the small tanks but you need that holder for it to work.

Correct, drill a hole in your air filter, and just screw the fitting in.

Since you have a HF 6.5, that's possible.

Heh... Look, you can get those adapters at WalMart with a prefilled tank for 10 bucks...

They just won't last long enough. On those tanks, big or small, it'll last a few seconds, and won't give you enough of a boost (if at all) for all that trouble.

If you want performance, do it the right way.

Yea, the little NOS shot will be about worthless unless your racing. The thing you buy a at walmart comes with co2 not NOS, NOS is used in creme whippers generally in smaller cans you can use in a tire inflator with a spacer. Get a billet rod and flywheel, some stiffer valve springs, and remove the governor, after that (around $200 in parts) you will see speed gains as you can rev the engine much higher. Best small free gain is to gut the muffler it will be louder but more powerful.

or better yet spend that $300+ on a dirtbike motor and youll have yourself one hell of a shifter kart

even a lifan 120cc w/ 5sp will be better and theyre about 200

If you could somehow hook up a transmission to the HF 6.5, and dump $200 into the Clone, you'll have a 8,000+ revver.
