The investigator who called for Zimmerman's arrest, Christopher Serino, told prosecutors in March that the fight could have been avoided if Zimmerman had remained in his vehicle and awaited the arrival of law enforcement. He said Zimmerman, after leaving his vehicle, could have identified himself to Martin as a concerned citizen and talked to him instead of confronting him.

How does this guy know what happend? I think travon ditched him and then laid in wait and then attack Zimmerman. Confronting a person is not a crime.

Getting out of your car is not crime. It comes down to who attacked who first. And who felt there live was in danger.

Did you see the reports of Travon knuckles being all cut up? If you want to know whats really going on listen to red meat radio and ignore he main stream media.

I can follow whoever I want when ever I want in public and it not a crime. If you attack me for I am following you all day I have right to defend myself. If I feel my life is in danger I can defend myself with lethal force regardless what state I am in.

I still see MAJOR facts that the main stream media will not tell you.

Just how this case went down it should be tossed out of court. Also every case the original DA team worked on should be looked at as well. Zimmerman was cleared until jesse jackson and his buddy Al called for mob rules tactics. Then they find a huge liberal special DA? Are you kiding me? Then no Grand Jury to boot. Left wing liberal media did a good job on this one.

Like I said nobody broke any laws until who attacked who. What could of happend if this person did that and visa versa is hog wash in court.

People think Zimmerman punched himself in the nose, cut his own head in the back and then rolled in the grass after first shooting the teen for no reason and yelling for help (remember that witnesses say those cries for help came before the shot)
So their theory must be that Zimmer chased the teen and while chasing him started yelling for help, shot Martin and then hurt himself and rolled in the grass. Make sense to anyone?

For those of us who thought we were well informed and weren't.....quite the realty check.
That old adage applies here. . . "there are two sides to every story" . . .we don't always get the truth from the media.
One of my favorite rants...the liberal controlled media...television news...newspapers...magazi​nes...radio...all continue to show 12 year old Trayvon...NOT 17 year old Trayvon...they continue to show the 5 year old picture BECAUSE it helps to cement in your mind the little, cute, hoodie wearing youngster who was stalked by this 'monster'!!
In reality.."little Trayvon"...at the time of his death...stood almost 6'2" tall...weighed 175 muscular pounds...had numerous run ins with authorities (both at school and local police)...had been stopped and almost arrested two days before his death for...smacking a bus driver in the face...because the driver refused to let him ride for free...he was released because the driver was told not to press charges by the bus company and to continue on his route.
When "little Trayvon" was suspended at school...it was not only because he tried to bring a little marijuana in with him...he was in possession of wedding rings and other jewelry...watches etc. that he said he "found" along with a large screwdriver...while on the way to school that day...the jewelry was turned over to the Police by the school.
I am not trying to say this was a good shooting...
I am not trying to say this kid deserved to die...
I am saying...the media in the USA is controlled by liberals who twist and distort what you see and hear in order for you to see things their way (as they ARE INSTRUCTED TO REPORT BY THEIR OWNERS)

President Obama...looked at the FIVE year old photo the media chose to show the Nation...and said..."If I had a son...he would look like Trayvon" So from that comment...should I assume you did not bother to look for the facts in this shooting..or should I assume you want a son who is a 17 year old drug dealing, gold teethed thug whose name on one of his facebook profiles was "wild nigga"...who 'finds" jewelry and burglary tools on the way to school?
A fair and impartial news media in the USA? One that does not follow the liberal agenda? And is NOT looking to further divide this already fractured Nation?

I think the state will have to prove who attacked who first? In this case they have to prove zimmerman attacked and shot him in cold blood while making 911 calls. Then slammed his head into the pavement cutting his own head and cut and punched himself in the nose then rolled in the grass while yelling for help the whole time. Then after all that he marked up Martins hands to make it look like he was in a fist fight.

Like I said all along nothing adds up. No wonder the original DA did not charge him.

I saw that on CNN yesterday there are a lot of inconsistencies in his story compared to what he said during questioning but i still don't believe Zimmerman should be at fault. According to his reenactment of the shooting treyvon approached him i think that video could help his case a lot if people would forget about how the news channels are describing treyvon like hes an innocent little kid. Because he can't say anything about the incident Zimmerman's word should be taken more seriously because we all know if Zimmerman was the one that ended up dead treyvon would have been depicted as the villain and Zimmerman would be the one in Treyvon's position. It's just a matter of who is an what position. Live or dead. Live=Villain Dead=Victim simply...But hell i think they're both at fault Trevon instigated a fight and Zimmerman finished it that's it no more to tell. According to what is available to us through the news and internet.


One thing i saw yesterday that was not surprising was that the one black lady on the news thought this video was not very helpful and shows many inconsistencies while most other white people if not all thought it was helpful to his case...that is if it was included in his trial.

What I was wondering is what happened to the person that Zimmerman said saw his struggle before he shot the kid, they would have a very good eyewitness report considering they reacted to the yelling and said they would call the police.

It's not a crime to walk up to someone and ask if they have a problem. It's not a crime to follow anyone you like. Where the crime starts is who laid hands on who first. And if a life was in danger?

If Martin was the one doing burgs in the hood. Remember two days before this shooting he was cought at school with gold rings and watches and a long screw driver that he said he found on the way to school. I just wonder why the media never reported the facts in this case. Also days before he beat the bus driver in the head for not letting him ride for free. I see a total thug and I see Zimmerman defending his life.

The media even went as far and selective editing the 911 calls to make him look guilty. Not just making the call shorter but editing out single words to make it more flashy to the people. The left wing media did a good job with this case. If you listen to both the real 911 calls and then the media edit calls it will make you sick on what they did to this man.

Next you will hear that Martin had burg tools on him just wait and watch!!!!!

Move the cash and get the passport? Hmmm maybe he wanted to hide from the $10 grand public death warrent the black pathers put on his head? No charges were ever filed for that though.

As far as the donation money in question? I sure am not going to listen to the media for info on that. I am waiting for the facts not the left wing media.

As far as his past records and current records? I will put that up side by side with maritins all day long. Zimmerman was arrested one time as a kid. (thats the original mugshot the showed next to martin as the 11 year old hoddie wearing kid. And not the thug pics you see above.)

Also the jury will not hear bail info stuff during the trial. If the bail info stuff is true then he needs to sit in jail until his trial.
