Yet Another one of those, Whats this kart?!

Hey guys,
So its quite a rare occurrence when you come across a kart deal this good in Brisbane, well, so I think. This kart is advertised, close to me, for $150 and has a running 5hp Briggs and stratton and apparently everything else is in good working order! Its got this really unique Mountain Dew Buick body on it which I think is really cool because I've never seen a body anything like this. Im planning on buying this and cleaning it up again and putting it back up for sale. How much do you think this is worth and is there any background knowledge that might be interesting to know about this kart?

as for what it is... i really dont know. someone must.

BTW- that looks like a tecumseh 3, 3.5, 4, or 5HP engine. its not a briggs.

Think that is rare? I bought this on craigslist and this website http://www.carpictures.com/Polaris/EXC-XS2-blue-2000-00FT9473879661 is the only information I can find...Period REGARDLESS THAT IT IS A POLARIS

Looks like Bird Kart. Good condition, pretty cool.

Darrell Waltrip drove the #11 Mt. Dew Buick circa 1983. He was my favorite driver, because Mt. Dew was my favorite drink. I had a hot wheels of it and desperately wanted to make my own Mt. Dew go-kart.

I didn't know there was a production one available. Great find!
