yet another clone question

Ok today I got my clone mounted and its all running.. Only problem is I have a 2 seater carter cart... has a 72 tooth sprocket and a 10 tooth clutch... the problem Im having is max speed on like 5 mph... what can I do... tires are 16 600 6. I have a header and mufler on it also...

Your problem is most likely linkage related. That is a very strange tire size and that sprocket must be pretty big, I have yet to see a carter with those specs yet. Please post pictures.
