well i dont have a vid.(it was raining so i couldnt take it out.) but it runs!(how do i lower the idle? it engages the TC.trys to take off on me.)i rode it. TC works fine.(but i do need to re-aline the driven unit on the jack shaft) but it runs good.drives great. 2marrow i will have a vid.

Hmmm I just have to ask, am i the only one here that pops beads back on with a can of degreaser and a match??

and also the rear end makes a clanking nosie when i throttle it up. but when its on the ground it dosent make the nosie. and when i stop the kart it dies. but ideals fine when jacked-up. i have too hold the brake when i stop or the kart takes off.

also can i just strip the frame. sand it and paint it with spay paint(thats for metals of corse)?

I have never even seen a TC lol but there was some one here saying the driven unit must be cleaned reglary and the clanking noise Look and listen closly for where the noise is coming from watch the moving parts and see if something is rubing, check the bearings to see if the axle is a nice snug fit or the bearing is damaged?

well the driven unit is slightly out of line with the driver.

and so sandpaper on the rust spots where the belt rides?

and what should a well alined TC look like? also it would apear the whole dang jack shafts out of line.
