your kart should not turn more one way more than the other. Look at it and figure out what is wrong. Pitman arm needs to be in the center possition. Not the wheels. When you have the pitman arm in the center what do your wheels look like?

Your kart turning overkill to the right has NOTHING to do whit the recal fix. You have other problems as well. Figure that out first is what I was saying.

I have the same kart. It turns fine both ways. Left and right turns both have the same radius. Does you kart turn sharper right than left? If so line it up right.

Wish I can help more friend. Not really a steering guy to give much advice. I will check my kart to see if the pitman arm is bent like yours. Something is not right with your kart though. Are your spindle arm bent at all?

watching vid I again I think I see a problem. It looks like the steering arm is way inside the wheel on the right side. The left side the steering arm is even with the whole across from it. On the right side the tie rod goes deeper into the wheel.

Go compare both spindles and see if one was cut short and re drilled for the tie rod. I bet it got broke off when the pitman arm got broke. The last owner jusy drilled a new hole for the tie rod.

check it out an let us know. compare both spindle arms. Take a close up off both spindle/steering arms?

no there not.
whats not?

Both steering arms look the same? Both holes for the tie rods look the same?

I can see how one tie rod goes into the right wheel further than the left.

Post a pic of the inside of the wheels while the tires are pointing straight.

Yah thats the tie rods and pitman arm binding.

Post a pic of the inside of the wheels. I have to do some errons so be back in a few.

I just looked at my kart. The pitman arm is not bent like your. I would fix that and straighten the tie rods. Also look to see if the seering arms are tweaked. If you fixed those then maybe it would not give and turn further than normal.

DO not ride that kart like that. A good bump steer and you would flip hard. Now that I think about maybe thats what I happend here. Yerf dog recalled this kart. Maybe someone was going fast. Had a bad case of bumpsteer and folded the wheel to the frame. This is the reason they were recalled right? Looks like it folded to the frame to me.

The problem has to be looking at you. Your just not seeing it yet. Wish I was there to look at it in person.

See the main bolt in this pic? Measure the distance from the center of the big bolt to the wheel lip. Measure both sides. See if there is a differance.

Fix it all the way. Take the tie rods off and bend them straight now. Best to gear this kart low if you can. No way a good kart for hi speeds.
