OK so I took my spindles off bent them in slightly, bought myself a piece of 3/8's all thread and two nuts and went to work.
I started by taking the front two tires off and switching them around. The tread was wore quite unevenly, most likely from, wore out shocks and years of use.
Then I measured the all thread to replace the old tie rods. With the originals, I didnt have enough length to make a "TOE OUT" effect.
I got it all bolted up and took it for a test run....
Wow! what I substantial difference. It still has a top heavy feel and tries to flip, but the cornering and turning radius is much tighter.
