Oh shucks, it's 2017 what was I thinking?!

Better go with this scheme
...

A color for everyone.

You have to be all about inclusion and vibrant diversity!

Hellion off the top rope!

I would paint black then dust red over top. Get the red in the sun and the black in the night.

Why did the cable need to be cut? In order to transport on top of your sedan? I'm stuck there.
Because it was too big and too heavy to fit on my roof rack, so to minimize the weight on the rack (who's weight limit is 150 pounds), I removed the rear wheel section and the guy I bought it from cut the brake cable to get it off

Stuck sprocket.

I've had to ghetto rig some stuff to make sure thing a line up between the chain and the torque converter, but it has left some things still out of alignment, which has led to the chain ribbing and the belt wearing away. What I need to do is move the whole sprocket over about 2 inches to line up with the chain. However, the sprocket hub is rusted to the axle and doesn't have a set screw on it at all. Could I get it off eit h some wd40 rust remover? And if I can where can I find a set screw for it? I tried to find set screws for a previous kart and couldn't find any. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

Seatbelt replacement for Yerf 3203

I took the seat belts off of my yerf to clean them and now I don't remember where to mount the lower part of the belt. If anyone else has a yerf or knows where it goes please tell me. I don't see any obvious places on the frame

What is the machine??
Pics???
It's a yerf 3203, I'm at work until 10 so I don't have pics of just that. This is the closest I pix I have to show the problem. You might be able to see that i put a lot of washers between the sprocket hub and the sprocket itself to space it towards the chain

Ok, you now have 4 THREADS on the same kart; as per the forum rules:

"Please keep all related questions to one thread; in other words, if you have two seemingly unrelated questions regarding the same kart, etc, post both & all other enquiries relating to the same vehicle in a single thread; many different threads relating to the same kart, etc can be confusing"...

Threads merged...

I'll try that. I'm at home depot now trying to find the set screw size. It says in the owners manual online it needs a 5/16-18 X 5/8" hex but I can't find anything by those dimensions here

So if I can't find the exact measurements here, which number should I pay the most attention to? Would it be the 5/8?

5/16 is the diameter of the screw in inches, 18 threads per inch. 5/8 is the length in inches
You're a saint thank you

Could I get away with a 5/16 by 3/4? The price tag for the item doesn't say the threads per inch

And looking at this bolt it seems a bit big for the size of the bike on the hub if I remember correctly

Length doesn't matter as long as it doesn't interfere with anything. It can even be shorter if it is a set screw.

Well it's the wrong size by like, a millimeter. That or the holes are stripped. I still see some thread but not much

Oh boy, more problems.
I got the sprocket loose and I can move it now but the secondary wheel of the torque converter is stuck on. I need to take it off to get the washer my friends dad put on to help me line things up. This is literally the last thing I need to do and she will be perfect. Any suggestions?

probably used an impact wrench to get it on. beats trying to hold the jackshaft still and torquing that bolt by hand. An air wrench will probably be needed unless you have two people and a breaker bar

My last problem here. When I hit the brakes really hard, I stop just fine but it makes a horrific sound, and it's very loud. Any ideas on how to fix it?
