If you already have the new parts, don't beat the
out of the rest of the kart just to try and salvage a bolt or two... Grab the thinnest cutoff disk for your angle grinder you can find, and cut the old bolts at both ends, inside the joints. Bias your cut into the old arms, you want to leave the frame as untouched as possible... Coat the new bolts with a nice layer of antisieze when you install them; that way, if you ever need to remove them, they just come right out.....

If I'd stuffed around for too long then I wouldn't have finished the air tank
Then I wouldn't have got on the control valve
Then it just snow balls till your outta time and u have loads still to do
Machinist@large, thanks for the advise on cutting this badboy out. I am going to be out of town so I won't be able to attack it for a bit but I was wondering the best way to cut it out. This will help a lot.
