Yerf Dog 3020 Steering Fix? Any pics or someone that can tell me what to do?

I see over and over about a member named Blaze that knew how to fix the steering issue with the Yerf Dog 3020 several years ago, but I cannot find any threads that detail what needs to be done. Anyone have pics or know where the thread is?

BMI Karts has Yerf Dog manuals online for free, including a 3002. Maybe a typo for 3020, don't know.
Shows tierods with heim joints to pitman arm, and ball joints to spindles, which are offset. Is that where your problem is, wear on the ball joints?
