Alrighty,so I joined not long ago with a question about breaking an ARC bolt. Here is the kart in question.
Build Deets-
Predator 212 Hemi base
Oil sensor/Gov/Gov sprocket delete
ARC flywheel/ARC rod-stock length
.010 steel head gasket,head /block lapped
22lb springs,DynoCams CS grind .265 cam
.38 jet/bored carb-3 stage header
Stock Series 30 TC-10t /60t sprockets
(Live axle-its a Yerf 3203)
As far as the frame,
fully welded the spindle brackets/A-arms-
1/4" gussets added to spindles
Custom built tie rods-steel pipe welded to heim joints
Fixed crappy floor welds
The electronics are Nilights, with "dash insert" fabricated from scrap stainless
Cheapo runleader tach
New shocks all around
3 cans of truck bedliner spray on A-arms,pan and swing arm
Around 15 damn cans of gloss black enamel rust preventative spray paint
Last upgrade is a Super 30 Juggernaut driver for the TC,still in the mail as of now.

Rollcage, shoulder harness, helmet. Good job, it's the minimum, but still the right way to go, good job.
Thank you Madprofessor!...its one thing to do dumb stuff yourself but watching kids do it will check those habits right dern quick!Gotta teach em.
