Anyone care to look into this with me?

All these parts, blah, blah, blah...then you want the price of something and you want to put it in your shopping cart...but first, before you see a price, we need your name, phone number, email address and street address.

I submitted that and it was the end of the ride. No shopping cart no nothing.

I'm just wondering, could this be an elaborate identity theft scam and if it is, what could they do with no bank information?

Is there any agency of government that cares about this kind of thing?

I don't think it's fraud.. it's just a chinese business
(manufacturer to reseller) not meant for end users;
so the price will be calculated on request based on the amount of parts you intended to order.

And here's why:
the website belongs to Haoxiang Locomotive Parts Co., Ltd.
whois said:
Registrant Name: Hao xiang locomotive parts Co., LTD
Registrant Organization: Hao xiang locomotive parts Co., LTD
Registrant Street: Baoyi Industrial zone Tangxia town, Ruian city, Zhejiang Province, China
the very same company that's in the well known made-in-china 'shop'
http://rahaoxiang.en.made-in-china.com/

the SGS certificate on their website is not faked although it expired oct 2013
it's still a real certificate (SGS No : QIP-ASR1232251)

So.. no fraud; just no enduser business.

I really appreciate you looking into that. I gave them my personal information and got no email and got no shopping cart. I thought they had me, though I guess they'd have work to do to capitalize on the information (no credit card number, no bank information...)

I don't understand half of what you said but I get the boil down

BUT WAIT, THAT WOULD MEAN SOMEWHERE OUT THERE IN THE UNIVERSE SOMEONE MAKES A 16 8 7 TIRE THAT IS NOT A KNOBBY!!!!!!!! Ridiculous amount of time I've been spending on this studying the parts diagram trying to figure out how I could get a different sized rim on the axle (I finally realized we only have spindles in the front).

I know you know what countable and uncountable nouns are, is there anything you don't know? :)

Seriously though, they can make all these parts and build these large supply companies but they insist on doing the tortured English themselves!? I don't get it. These guys are smart! Just not smart enough to pay an American community college dropout a little money to proofread their Frankenstein-constructed sentences!?

We might be able to help find some 8" diameter rims to fit the back of your kart, but you need to post some info, dimensions (and pics if possible) of how they mount to your axle

I'll reply about the axle set up in the other thread I started about this.

We can save this for x-motorparts and the omniscience of itsid.

Yes SUN Tyres for example.. they have a nice road profile
like the A-021
View attachment 49495
(at least in germany they're available in your size)
just ask your local dealer:
http://www.sunftires.com/buy-sun-f/

but if you look around for ATV tyres I'm sure you'll find several other models as well ;)

OOOOOO, getting there!!!!! That looks like the same tire on the x-motorsports.com website except that I couldn't place an order there and I couldn't discover the manufacturer! That's a hot lead!
