I assume you're seeking Carter split rims?

Have you considered purchasing standard industrial pattern rims and drilling the Carter pattern in them? This will give you a cheaper price, stronger rims, and a taper which allows you to disassemble the rims easier in the future.

This suggestion is not based solely on the fact that Carter had a devastating fire in July, we've been drilling rims for customers for years now for the reasons listed above.
