They most likely just have the wrong bearings, new bearings would not cost too much, they're pressed in if they are standard like most karts.

I used www.grainger.com because they have a huge warehouse in Pittsburgh and ship free to my school. I made the same mistake as you.
i am so mad!!!! i just spent 100 dollers on 4 new tires and NONE of them work 
the front have a 3/4 inch bore and i need a 5/8 inch bore. and the back arnt bigger.... because i have certian hub that has a step down so i tried to just get new tires so i bought theses thinking they would be bigger and they went... so i guess i will just need to buy bigger rims and bigger tires GRRRRRRR so my question is should i pay crazy high shipping prices to send it back or try to fix the fron tires. and just get different back tires??? i dont now i am just trying to finish this go kart but everytime i get parts THEY DONT WORK ( probly my fault)
so i mean if i can fix the front tires please let me now how THX

For the front, pop out the bearings, and order new bearings with the correct inside and outside dimensions. For the rear, I don't clearly understand the problem.
In the future, I would suggest taking and verifying measurements before ordering anything...

they must need keyways for the back if its a 2 wheel drive, if its 1 wheel drive it needs a sprocket mount.
take the bearings out by taking apart the rim, then press them out by putting a ratchet socket in and hammer it. not too hard, and NEVER from the inner part, you will wreck it.
i suggest you ship them back and buy new tires for your existing rims.
OR, check craigslist or ebay for used go kart tires with keyways and 5/8 bearings.

Your bearings are punched in, they're like 2-3 dollar bearings at any reputable dealer, you need 8 of them. If you just ordered 4 of the same wheel you've got a problem because you have no drive wheel.
Toystory, there is a good reason you don't feel the pain of a problem because there is no huge problem.
The bearings in your rim halves only need to be tapped in.
THIS IS A CHEAP PRICE
Graingers is a specialty store, very good at what they do but cost a bit much on this item.
Also, a video based on replacing bearings in a 4 wheeler is a bit much for this situation.

i dont now if you guys are confused but here is what i have.... i have a live axle with a split rim that steps down to 3/4inch. for the front i have a 5/8 inch spindle... i bought those tires with the bearings in them for the front. they were 3/4 inch bore so they wont work. the back i got some bigger tires for the rims i already had.. because thay are very small tires and need to be bigger than a 72 tooth sprocket( wich i have) these tires dident work. i was hoping to be able to use my exisitng rim but i will need a bigger rim so i can get bigger tires.. so basically i will probly just send them back get my money back and go with biger front tires with good bearing... for the back i will go with 3/4 inch stepdown hub and new rims and tires. it might be a while though cause i am broke

you could make the front work then if you already got back tires taken care of.
but since you have to send 2 back then anyways send them all back and get matching tires and rims.

Eh, Martin Wheel make a very high quality product. I'd keep those rims and switch the bearings, if you need to get separate rear wheels then go about it.
I think the main problem with this thread has been bad suggestions based on a despicably poor description of the initial problem.

True. Grainger is more but I was going to buy them from BMI, before I knew of MFGsupply, and they had a minimum purchase of $10 and I needed 4 bearings, on sale, for like $5 total. Then they wanted like $11 to ship them from Ohio to Pennsylvania. They could be shipped for less that $2 in a padded envelope. Even if they cost more, I was protesting BMI's ridiculousness and probably got better quality bearings.
