I believe your best bet is a new crankshaft. If there's enough material there it may be possible to get it machined to suit, but in most cases that's not very feasible or cost effective.

Welllllllll today i was stripping down the engine took piston con rod out went to remove fly wheel (the cow boy way of the nut on the crank and give it a chap) and when i went to remove the nut discoverd the threads are nakerd  tried to run a die nut down no luck :(:mad2: so might as well just get a new crank with a key. Dont know if i have a 19mm or a 20mm :S

19 or 20mm? I would imagine that if you search, you'll find that one of those is not an option. Unfortunately, I don't know which.

However, on this side of the pond, the common size is 3/4". You might do well to locate a 3/4" shaft, as there is a greater global availability of clutches and CVT's in the standard shaft size.

EDIT- Just dug up some GX200 specs. Your shaft is 20mm.
