if the motor is new or fresh i would get straight 30 and break it in for a hour or so, then drain it flush with something like wd40 and put in some good synthetic oil. i always use racing oil. and it is actually cheaper than oil from wally world (not the super tech crap though) $19 for a gallon of thor lite or heavy, very good synthetic racing oil.

Super Tech is fine. If it passes API specs, it's as good as any other oil.

Sure, there are plenty of oils that do that "little bit more", but for the price, you know it's lacking "it".

Then again, their synthetics are fine. GF-4 rating? Same as Mobil1 and Pennzoil. Just without the flashy logos and commericals.
