would these harness work?

Seem like they would work with appropriate harness bar to bolt the harness to. I say get them an let us know how they work out cause I am interested in putting a set on my kart also

As long as you've a crossbar, and are capable of securely setting the anchor points, yes. Setting the anchor points will likely require a competent welder.

If you are looking for some harnesses go to summitracing.com they have a lot. At fairly reasonable prices... I just got a 5 point harness for christmas!!

A crossbar is a bar that runs across the frame at about shoulder height to mount the top anchors to.

Anchor points are what the 4 ends of the harness are mounted to. Unless these are totally secure, your harness will be useless

I think the ones in the link provided are fairly reasonable but, true, as racing regs are aways changing, outdated racing harnesses with very little use can be found at very reasonable prices
