if anyone can find a free download

im looking for a workshop manual for a Toyota Landcruiser
HZJ79R 2004 model

the gear box is about gone and im after the wear and torque specs on the components

anything wil help

Well i know these don't fit the "free" category. There is http://www.alldatadiy.com which has the TSB's and everything. amazon also sometimes has the Haynes manuals for around $5 used, which is a lot cheaper then a new one.

get a haynes or chilton manual. i have a chilton that came with my ford.. no complaints. chilton will have some things haynes doesnt and the other way around. but both are good manuals. its better to have a real manual in your hands then a computer while youre working on the truck.

Lucky for me, I have a Haynes warehouse about 2kms from my house, that's where I got mine & got change from $40
