Hi everyone! I'm building a kart based off the SpiderKarts Granddaddy. I plan on using a 420cc engine. As I continue with the build I will try to add more pictures. Please let me know what you think!

Love your work area! Garage space is always my biggest problem with all my work, yard tools and hobbies.
My football field sized garage has been put on the backburner for the time being. Good luck on the project and look forward to updates. :cheers2:

Got some work done this week. It’s almost ready for the first drive.

Not to criticize you but you made a boo boo on that cage. The front legs on the roll cage are not supported or tied to the main frame. It causes a flexy area (technical term) on the main rails. But, more importantly in a rollover the roll cage could fold like a cheap suit.

The roll cage is tied into the main frame. It’s hard to see in the pictures. I plan on doing some cross bracing in the lower section, behind the seats, and the “roof” structure. I ran out of metal.
