Thanks Sam! That's what I was wanting to know..... !
I like the dingo.....
A solid chain is a chain with no master link. You can make it the old fashioned way with a hammer and punch. OR the easy way and buy/use a chain breaker tool to make one. Instead of master link, you connect the ends with a normal link. On a master link, you can pull one of the side plates off by hand. You can't do that with a normal link. When it's pressed into place, it stays put. You will literally have to break the chain, not just a weak ARSe master link.....![]()
gonna try this now , before it was re-ailigned , the silencer fit and my god was it quiet.. but did not feel restricted either even after womping on it for a bit.No heat, just remove it. Find something with a hole big enough for the tube to slide into. Slide it in to the point where you want the bend(un bend) . Now gently pull on it, slowly bending it the direction you need/want. Move its position in the hole 1/4" at a time. Do little bends and you won't crease or mar the tube..... I do it all the time to correct bent angles when I'm building..... 1" tubing fits into the hole for a ball on your truck/suv bumper.....![]()
