I know it sounds like a personal problem, but I really am taling about my kart.
I'm not a sprocket man, millwright, nor an engineer, but I do know something about spinning things and lining up chains on sprockets. Is it ok to have about 3/16" of side to side wobble in the drive sprocket when it spins on the axle? I think the new hub I got is not well-machined and so the whole sprocket wobbles as it spins. Its all locked in and strong, but it seems like you could add a lot of stress to the chain and maybe even the torque convertor.
