Will this sprocket work?

Found these today. They seem really cheap. I was planning to use the 9t one on a 3/4" jackshaft by drilling out to 3/4" and putting a 6mm (1/4") grade 10.9 bolt through it and the jackshaft.
Sound ok?
Will it work with 40 chain?

The shippng i about £3-4. However i want to buy a v belt from them as well so it works out ok. Plus I cant find another sprocket with 1/2" pitch and 9t in the UK.
I will get the sprocket then, once I have measured the length of V belt I need.

I bought off them loads of times, needed belts and a few tools, set price of shipping at 4.50 to Ireland once you dont add a welder to you cart your alright.

Doesnt less teeth give you more speed??

Different pitch sprocket. I have 16t - 93t #219 and I am changing to 8-10t -54t #40
Less teeth on the jackshaft gives you less speed. However I am geared for 44mph at the moment which is too high imo for offroad.
