its not a minibike but i plan on putting a 21 cc weedeaterfl21 engine on a bike, seeing as im 15, and this is my first time can you give me any hints, btw its nice for this kind of thing because it has a mount on the back for a infant seat,so im planning on putting the engine there, and running a chain to the rear wheels.

Gonna be slow if it works, i have seen similar done with larger motors, a chainsaw would work better (a weed eater really just needs to spin, saws are high performance engines made to have serious torque and rev potential)

if you have a gear ratio such as a 1-7 or 1-8 i thinkit would get atleast 15mph

I wouldnt use a chain, just have the drive shaft run directly on the back tire friction style, thats how im gonna do the razor scooter of death.

ive seen it done, but i wanted to do a clutch, and wouldnt that be hard on the tires

The one I saw was a 40cc weed eater he had some sort of custom drive wheel around 1in wide, front brake lever pulled the engine against the tire, lawnmower throttle on the handle bars(ghetto cruise control).
