Im sticking a 125cc 4-stroke dirtbike motor onto a shifter kart frame.

Fuel tank will be lower than the carb.

Will the vacuum of the motor suck the fuel up the line or will I need one of those diaphragm pumps?

I would fab brackets or something so it will feed the carb. If not then yes, I would use a pump....especially on an engine like that.

Thanks for the info. I'll see if there's a way to put a tank slightly above the carb but im not sure it's a possibility. Next time I put the pieces where they're gonna go, I'll look again.

If not, I'll get a pump off of ebay. Thanks for the info!

The pump (if not electric), will be fed by a pulse. Where do you get a pulse? From the opening and closing of the valves, or the crankcase...
