will a gx390 emulsion tube work better on 212cc pred. motor......i drilled out my pred jet and did it to much so i grabbed jet from honda gx390 and installed on 212cc and ran fine so i was wondering if the emulsion tube would be better. i am also going to rejet correctly this time on my jet today?

I can't say no but, I will say probably not; most replace a GX200 e-tube with a GX140 so, I would think going the other way would be a bad idea...

Also, I doubt your engine runs "fine" with the bigger jet, more than likely, it's running super rich but, you won't really notice it with the governor removed...

I have an 8hp & 11hp B&S engines, visually identical; as I needed the 8hp to run but not the 11hp, I switched the carbs (again, visually identical) but, that made the 8hp run very rich & the governor was continually surging... until I switched the main jets, now it runs "fine"...

No benefit to the 390 in your motor. You want a 140 if you an find one. The 140 gives better throttle response. All the 390 guys run a 140 tube as well for the same reason.
