Ok, now that we have been told it is a 20mm shaft and NOT a 3/4" crank, how about the other questions raised -- what is the keyway size? what is the drilled and tapped hole at the end of the crank and most important is it a 12 volt electric start or is it 110 with a long extension cord? We are waiting with baited breath.
The keyway fits my 3/4" clutch. I didn't have to mess with it.

My 3/16" keyway fit fine. 12volt

Be aware.... If you use a torque converter, the crankshaft length will need to be addressed. I decided to use a TC instead of the centrifugal clutch so I had to extend the shaft. Easy, if you've done it before.

1000002914.jpgIm finished with the kart and it's out the door, but I can tell you how I did it.
I took a piece of 3/4" jackshaft and cut it down to 1.5". Used a lathe to put a center hole through it. Chamfered the crank and the extension . Used a bolt to hold it on along with a long key to line that up. Welded it with the mig, careful to keep heat off the seal. Finally, cleaned up the weld. It was true as can be!

If you ever do that again, please show us.
These engines seem ideal for what you did--refurbish a kart to sell and that which evens out the profit equation.

What header did you use? Looks like a staged header.
