Why is my clutch rattling, is this normal... This is my first kart

Why is my clutch rattling, is this normal... This is my first kart. Any info would help 212 preadatpr with a centrifcal clutch

What kind of engine? Clutch? Pictures?

I put a new clutch on my kids kart I made and after a few weeks it started to rattle also. Snugged the bolt back up and the rattle stopped. Making sure everything is tight is where I would start.
