I am blessed to be from the Windy City. We have the Blackhawks, the Bulls, the Bears, the Cubs and the White Sox. We have had Michael Jordan, Walter Payton, Bobby Hull, Ernie Banks, and "Shoeless" Joe Jackson.
This city has enjoyed some championships in my lifetime. I'm a Cubs fan and we haven't won a funding thing, but at least...
The Bears won in '85.
The Bulls won the decade of the 90's.
The Hawks are trying to be the Dynasty of the 2010's.
Even the White Sox won in 2005.
We also have great fans. Blackhawk fans are the best in Hockey. Bears fans are loyal and true football fans. Bulls fans are still around cause Jordan used to play here, but are really decent fans. Us Cubs fans have been buying a sub-par product for the better part of my life, but continue to watch and support our team.
I do not dislike the White Sox (in fact I don't care if they exist or not). I wouldn't even ever have to mention this Sh!tty team BUT I hate Sox Fans and have been dragged down to their level.
WHITE SOX FANS SUCK!
I use the term "White Sox Fan" cause that is what most people will recognize them as; however, I do not think that White Sox Fans actually exist.
To this day, these so-called fans can be found sparingly throughout dive bars on the south side of Chicago. They will be grouchy and sensitive to the subject of baseball. They will be wearing their White Sox gear that hasn't been seen since the month of May. Their team has been mathematically eliminated from postseason play over a month ago, but these "Fans" just woke up from a 4 month long bender that started on Opening Day. This makes sense of sporting the gear of the team not playing anymore and also the grumpiness.
If you can make out the jumbled words of their ridiculous, drunken conversation - and are nimble enough to dodge the chunks of cow pie that come out of their "Deck Sockers" at just under 90mph - you will hear hints of baseball talk.
This "Baseball Talk" from these so-called "White Sox Fans" will strangely not mention the White Sox.
All these "Cubs Haters" (this is how I will refer to all of those formally known as "So-called White Sox Fans") only talk about is the Cubs. They don't talk about the Sox because they don't even know the players on their team.
I ask these "Cubs Haters" about the Cubs because I assume that their conversation about the Cubs is very important and their Cubs knowledge is quite extensive. It must be important if someone is going to cover an entire bar full of people in bull sh!t to get the point made, right? BUT, to my amazement... they don't know anything about the Cubs either. In fact they know very little about baseball in general.
Top Reason Why "Cub Haters" are the worst so-called Fans on the Planet
1.
These Cubs Haters do not attend Home games at Comiskey Park, or US Cellular Field, or now Guaranteed Rate Field. Even when the team was doing awesome early this season.
"Right now the Chicago White Sox are 26-18, first place in the American League Central Division, but their home attendance is a measly 20,479. That’s good for a MLB ranking of 27th which is worst than Miami and Minnesota, the Twins are the worst team in baseball. Chris Sale, leading Cy Young Candidate for the American League and arguably the best pitcher in baseball, is 9-0 with three complete games in 2016. Yet, the White Sox only had 20,096 people show up to his last home outing, that’s less than half of U.S. Cellular Field’s capacity (40,615). Now, one could blame that on cold weather in May but the average temperature has been between 48-70 degrees in Chicago this year. Not to mention this year the Bulls and Blackhawks are both watching the playoffs from home. There’s nothing else going on to distract White Sox fans from U.S. Cellular Field … or is there? The White Sox have an average ticket price of $29.55 for 2016, which is a little less than the MLB average $31, so price clearly isn’t the reason. They also have a state-of-the-art ballpark with numerous activities for fans of all age levels to enjoy, so you can’t blame that."

Sometimes the Fans cause Disco Riots to get the game cancelled.
"Many of those in attendance had come to see the explosion rather than the games and rushed onto the field after the detonation. The playing field was damaged both by the explosion and by the rowdy fans to the point where the White Sox were required to forfeit the second game of the doubleheader to the Tigers."

3.
When it is safe enough to play and some fans do show up, they take off their shirts, charge the field, and beat up elderly coaches.
William Ligue's Son Still Proud He Beat Up That First Base Coach
"They say it's important to live without regret. And one thing Young Bill Ligue does not regret is thrashing an old man on the field at Comiskey Park when he was 15. You just can't manufacture those kinds of memories."

4.
Sometimes they attack the umpires.
"CHICAGO — A fan came out of the stands during Tuesday night's game between the Kansas City Royals and Chicago White Sox and attacked first base umpire Laz Diaz. Security and players came to Diaz's aid and the fan was quickly taken away."

I could go on and on but you don't care. I've got some nerves to calm and need to get prepared to deal with these Cub Haters.
YOUR TEAM IS NOT PLAYING TONIGHT, SO WASH YOUR PAUL KONERKO T-SHIRT JERSEY, STAY THE FUND AT HOME, AND SHUT THE FRONT DOOR.
