I've been looking at different axles for a go kart, witch is better,easier and cheaper a dead axle or a live axle,where can I find to buy?

Dead axle generally cheaper and simpler, however it is debatable that a live axle is better.
Where do you plan to drive?

I've heard that dead-cheaper but for hard ground,probably building dune buggy like so off road,unless it not going to kill me driving a dead axle on dirt?

I would go live axle. They are much better on dirt, and really not loads more money. Probably $35 extra for axle and bearings and it allows more brake and sprocket mounting options.
