Hey all, I'm finally getting around to building up my two seater silver fox go kart. I want to get a bigger engine for it with a comet 40 converter. Which engine would you recommend in the 16hp range? I weigh 200lbs and would like to be able to climb hills and get around a pasture well. What do you think?

If you're willing to consider used, look for a Briggs opposed twin, or maybe a Briggs Vanguard or Intek V-twin. A Honda is a great choice too, but have very high resale values. A big Kohler would be good, too.
They must still have the 420, and are just not listing it
