My younger son and I owned it for 21years. Starting when he was in the 9th grade. 3 different engines ( same block ). Final version 10.78 at 126 on the motor, and 10.25
at 132 with a 150 up shot of nitrous. We were lucky enough to have an active drag strip
Carlsbad race way ( closed 18 years ago ) just 8 miles from where we live. He'd drive to the track and I would follow in my trunk with tools, slicks, ect. Was a great long lasting project. Today, he twice the mechanic that I ever was. Started with that car.
