Where to use my Kart?

I have a couple of friends who have land to use my go kart on which is a manco dingo, but it is very hard to organise a trip down to their place whenever I want to have a go on it. So the question I am asking is, where else could I use it legally. Ive heard some beaches allow karts and bikes but if anyone has a suggestion then it is much appreciated.

I use mine om empty parking lots like the local mall

Beaches and such would require an ORV registration. Old railroad beds, dirt roads, RR service trails, fire lanes and the like work well.
