ahh the age-old kart question, rece karts ride on race tracks, off road karts registered as off-road atv's ride the dunes and the trails, all other karts are legal on any private property you have permission from the owner to ride on, rules in your state may differ

Yeah, i have an acre to ride on, but its gravel, lol, i need pavement, my problem is finding somewhere to ride and not get in major trouble, what if i rode in a home depot parkin lot at night? Like, After hours?

I have a similar situation.
I asked for and got permission (from landlord) to ride on the parking lot of where I work.
I have driven as early as 5:30 am on weekdays and all day on weekends.
It's about 1/3 of a mile and hit speeds of 50 mph. Cops drive past and do not give a second look. Have received zero complaints.
Get permission first and do not assume that Home Depot owns the property.
