theres a couple of abandoned baseball fields that I go take my carbide out to and tear up. couple of cops have passed by, but never said anything.
also, when its off season, there are some dirt trails that route between several huge crawfish fields.

I have the space to ride, its just finding the time to work on and ride the carbide.

iv also gotten away with riding my mini chopper in town on the streets (where else are you supposed to ride it?), as long as I'm not straying too far from the house.
the bike itself, even tho having a semi straight pipe, isn't loud at all, and no one complains about it.
sometimes, ppl watch for the enjoyment lol

There ya go Mike! Just go to Louisiana to ride....:lolgoku:

I think many ride where it may be against the law. But many including the police look the other direction. But only takes one person to report
us to the law and depending on where you live they can be not so nice
about it.

Here in Utah depends on what city you live in on how the police act
about the 'law'. There so many off road (ATVs), go-karts, sand rails
here that some cities have certain roads to get to the off road BLM lands.

Here we must have a BLM off road sticker which runs about $40 a year.
But requires a VIN#. I will get my VIN inspection next year and the local DMV then I will be legal on BLM and state off roads.

yeah,, I can understand if you were tearing up the grass,, or doing damage of some sort,,, but just puttin around the parking lot shouldn't be an issue,, maybe it was the 11pm part that got ya! ;)

Good luck to ya, finding a place to enjoy the kart.
There's a trail that runs 7 miles right next to my house that I go on at night, so it wasn't a huge loss. I would've been able to go during the day this winter, but I woke up on Christmas to 80 degree weather and people jogging outside, must be losing my mind.

Actually when I got pulled over they repeatedly asked me if I had driven on the football field; I think they would've reported me to the school if I had b/c of potential damage.
