Where to buy plans?

Hi all,
I'm planning on building an off road go-kart with suspension and a 250cc engine. I just need some quality plans. I was going to get the spidercart arachnid plans, but the threads here have somewhat dissuaded me. I'd rather spend my money on plans that are actually correct.
What are some alternatives to the arachnid?
